Saya tidak bisa masuk ke aplikasi dan melakukan login?

  1. Pastikan anda menggunakan update terbaru aplikasi PIRI
  2. Cek kembali email atau password dan pastikan di isi dengan benar
  3. Silakan coba lagi dengan salah satu akun Google atau Facebook Anda, karena mungkin Anda pernah memilih opsi ini saat pertama kali masuk atau melalui profil Anda.
  4. Pastikan anda terhubung dengan internet

Lupa password

  • Pilih menu forgot password di login page untuk menyetel ulang kata sandi Anda.
  • Anda akan menerima email dengan tautan unik yang dapat Anda gunakan untuk membuat kata sandi baru.
  • Berhati-hatilah untuk tidak berbagi kata sandi dengan orang lain

Update Informasi Akun

  • Untuk mengubah nomor telepon atau informasi lain yang terkait dengan akun Anda, pilih menu account profil di pojok kanan bawah, lalu pilih profile.
  • Di bawah nama Anda, ketuk EDIT ACCOUNT, pilih Profil untuk membuat perubahan pada informasi Anda.

Apa yang harus saya lakukan apabila aplikasi PIRI tidak merespons setelah saya memasukan nomor kartu kredit?

  1. Tunggulah beberapa saat agar kami dapat memproses dan verifikasi pembayaran anda (Hal ini dapat terjadi karena lambatnya koneksi jaringan internet). Ketika metode pembayaran anda telah dikonfirmasi, maka anda akan diarahkan ke Halaman Confirmed Order.
  2. Tunggu dalam jangka waktu 5 detik untuk memastikan pesanan anda telah tercantum Home Screen aplikasi Piri pada bagian Active Orders.

Bagaimana cara pembayaran dengan menggunakan credit card?

  • Anda hanya cukup memasukan nomor kartu kredit anda beserta CVV (Card Verification Value) anda.
  • CVV code dapat ditemukan di bagian belakang kartu kredit anda dan angka ini biasanya terdiri dari 3 digit.

Saya tidak bisa melihat daftar outlet

  1. Ada kemungkin belum tersedianya outlet di area anda
  2. Gps anda belum menyala, atau
  3. Pastikan anda terhubung ke internet

Mengapa pesanan saya seringkali dicancel oleh Merchant?

Merchant dapat menolak pesanan anda apabila:

  1. Salah satu atau seluruh persediaan merchant terbatas / Item Out of Stock.
  2. Sudah melewati batas order / Last Order.

Bagaimana saya mengetahui pesanan yang telah sukses dipesan dan dibayar?

  • Ketika anda telah membayar pesanan baik menggunakan Credit Card atau PiriPay, maka akan diteruskan ke halaman “Confirmed Order"
  • Selanjutnya pesanan anda akan ditampilkan di Home Screen aplikasi PIRI dibagian Active Order.

Arti dari Status
WAITING
Pesanan anda sudah terkirim ke pihak merchant, akan tetapi pihak merchant belum memproses

COOKING
Pesanan anda sedang diproses / disiapkan oleh pihak merchant.

PICKUP

Pesanan anda telah selesai di proses dan siap untuk diambil di merchant.

Saya sudah melakukan pemesanan dan membayar tetapi status tetap WAITING, dan tidak berubah, apa yang harus saya lakukan?

  • Ketika anda sudah melakukan pemesanan dan membayar, pesanan anda sudah terkirim ke pihak merchant dan masih menunggu pihak merchant untuk memproses pesanan anda.
  • Jika pihak merchant tidak memproses/konfirmasi pesanan anda dalam jangka waktu 10 menit, maka pesanan anda akan ter-Cancel secara otomatis dan dana transaksi akan dikembalikan ke Piri Pay ataupun Credit Card anda.

Saya tidak bisa melakukan pemesanan di outlet tertentu

  1. Kemungkinan outlet sedang dalam keadaan offline.
  2. Kemungkinan koneksi internet sedang bermasalah.

Apa itu PIRI-PAY?

PIRI-PAY adalah saldo kredit virtual yang bisa Anda gunakan untuk melakukan pembayaran semua transaksi dalam aplikasi PIRI.

Bagaimana cara mengisi saldo PIRI-PAY?

Anda dapat mengisi saldo PIRI-PAY melalui ATM atau Internet Banking. Selain itu, Anda juga dapat mengisi saldo melalui aplikasi PIRI, dengan cara masuk ke menu “topup" di beranda aplikasi PIRI.

Bagaimana cara menggunakan PIRI-PAY?

Berikut ini adalah cara yang paling mudah untuk menggunakan PIRI-PAY:

    1. Pastikan saldo PIRI-PAY Anda mencukupi.
    2. Lakukan pengisian pada saldo PIRI-PAY Anda jika saldo tidak mencukupi.
    3. Pilih pembayaran menggunakan PIRI-PAY saat melakukan order pada aplikasi PIRI.

The Company reserves the right to modify, vary and change the Terms of Use or its policies relating to the Service at any time as it deems fit. Such modifications, variations and or changes to the Terms of Use or its policies relating to the Service shall be effective upon the posting of an updated version at http://www.piri.io. You agree that it shall be your responsibility to review the Terms of Use regularly and also the Terms of Use applicable to any country where you use the Service which may differ from the country where you registered for the Application (the “Alternate Country”) whereupon the continued use of the Service after any such changes, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your consent and acceptance to such changes. You further agree that usage of the Service in the Alternate Country shall be subject to the Terms of Use prevailing for the Alternate Country which can be found at http://www.piri.io.

THE COMPANY IS A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE FOOD SERVICE OR DELIVERY SERVICES AND THE COMPANY IS NOT A FOOD SERVICE PROVIDER. IT IS UP TO THE THIRD PARTY FOOD SERVICE PROVIDERS TO OFFER FOOD SERVICES TO YOU AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO ACCEPT SUCH FOOD SERVICES. THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY IS TO LINK YOU WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY FOOD SERVICE PROVIDERS, BUT DOES NOT NOR IS IT INTENDED TO PROVIDE SERVICES OR ANY ACT THAT CAN BE CONSTRUED IN ANY WAY AS AN ACT OF A FOOD SERVICE PROVIDER. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR THE ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTY FOOD SERVICE PROVIDER AND/OR ANY FOOD SERVICE PROVIDED TO YOU.

Representations and Warranties

By using the Service, you expressly represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to accept and agree to the Terms of Use and that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Service is not available to persons under the age of eighteen (18) or such persons that are forbidden for any reason whatsoever to enter into a contractual relationship. By using the Service, you further represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Service and to abide by the Terms of Use. You further confirm that all the information which you provide shall be true and accurate. Your use of the Service is for your own sole, personal use. You undertake not to authorize others to use your identity or user status, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your user account to any other person or entity. When using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws whether in your home nation or otherwise in the country, state and city in which you are present while using the Service.

You may only access the Service using authorized means. It is your responsibility to check and ensure that you have downloaded the correct Software for your device. The Company is not liable if you do not have a compatible device or if you have downloaded the wrong version of the Software to your device. The Company reserves the right not to permit you to use the Service should you use the Application and/or the Software with an incompatible or unauthorized device or for purposes other than which the Software and/or the Application is intended to be used.

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Piri and its respective subsidiaries, associate companies and jointly controlled entities (“Piri”) use your Personal Data also known as Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.

Collection of Personal Data

“Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, identification card number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, telephone number, fax number, bank details, credit card details, race, gender, date of birth, marital status, resident status, education background, financial background, personal interests, email address, your occupation, your designation in your Piri, your Piri details, the industry in which you work in, any information about you which you have provided to Piri in registration forms, application forms or any other similar forms and/or any information about you that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by Piri from time to time and includes sensitive personal data such as data relating to health, religious or other similar beliefs.

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However if you do not provide Piri your Personal Data, Piri will not be able to process your Personal Data for the Purposes and Additional Purposes outlined below.

If you are an agent, vendor, supplier or service provider, provision of your Personal Data is mandatory and failure to provide your Personal Data, may be a breach of laws or regulatory requirements, and may cause Piri to be unable to engage you to provide services or products or issue payments to you for products or services provided.

In addition to the Personal Data you provide to Piri directly, Piri may collect your Personal Data from a variety of sources such as:

Fill up application or registration forms or other similar forms;
From publicly available sources such as directories,
From Piri’s social media pages, if you follow, like or are a fan of such pages;
From credit reporting agencies;
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details;
We collect information from you when you place an order, fill out a form or enter information on our site;
When you interact and communicate with Piri at any events or activities;
When you enter contests organized by Piri,
From various entities or divisions under Piri; or
By using Piri websites, which includes all websites operated by Piri and under the names of its respective brands (“Websites”). Your personal data may also be collected from cookies used on the Websites.
